Delete your account

You can delete your CatatPro account at any time. There are two ways.

In the app

Open the app's settings and choose Delete account, then confirm.

By email

Write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my CatatPro account".

What happens next

• Your account and its data are deleted within 30 days of the request.
• That includes your entries, wallets, categories, reports and receipt photos.
• Deletion can't be undone. Export any reports you want to keep before you delete.
