Privacy Policy

This policy covers kreasitakterbatas.com and the apps made by Kreasi Tak Terbatas, including CatatPro. It explains what data is collected, why, and the choices available to you.

What is collected

• Account details: your name, email address and profile picture from the Google account you sign in with.
• What you add: receipt photos, transactions, wallets, categories, notes and reports you create in the app.
• Usage and errors: counts of scans and reports (to apply plan limits) and error reports that help fix bugs. Error reports are deleted after 7 days.

This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. The marketing pages (kreasitakterbatas.com, CatatPro and Senyum info pages) count visits anonymously with Cloudflare Web Analytics: page address, country, browser and load speed, with no cookies and no individual profile. The apps themselves, including patient data in Senyum, are not part of this counting.

How it is used

• To run the app: store your books, read your receipts and produce your reports.
• To apply the limits of your plan and keep the service secure.
• To answer you when you get in touch.

Your data is never sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Services that process your data

• Supabase: stores your account, books and receipt photos.
• Google Gemini: reads the text on receipt photos when you scan them.
• Google Sign-In: signs you in.
• Cloudflare: hosts the website and app.

These providers may store data outside Indonesia. They process it only to provide their service.

Who can see your data

Only you. Each account can read only its own records; this is enforced on the server, not just in the app. Access by Kreasi Tak Terbatas is limited to what is needed to fix a problem you report or to keep the service running.

How long it is kept

Your books are kept while your account exists. On the Free plan, receipt photos are deleted automatically after the period shown in the app. To delete your account, email the address below; your account and its data are then deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022) you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. Most of this can be done in the app (export a report, delete entries). For anything else, email the address below.

Children

The apps are not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Important changes are announced in the app.
